7.1 Child Death Reviews
This sets out how the Child Death Review partners and professionals in agencies across the four local authorities in South Yorkshire will work together to review child deaths at a local level and across the county of South Yorkshire, in order to identify learning that may help to prevent future child deaths.
This guidance is for use across a local level in Sheffield.
